Adventures in Moab

This past weekend, Jessica, Lacee and I drove to Moab to watch the Delta High baseball team play in a tournament. We had lots of fun. We stopped at Arches National Park on our way there. It is so pretty there. We didn't get to go see all there was to see, so we will have to make a trip back there one of these days. The team had 1 game on Friday and then 2 on Saturday. Delta went 3-0 in the tournament. All the sophomores got to play in the second game on Saturday, so it was worth the trip and expense of my luxury hotel suite :) to be there to see Kaden play in his first varsity game. He hit both times up to bat, so he was pretty happy. There are a bunch of pictures and they are in no particular order!

And then in between games on Saturday, we drove 12 miles south of Moab to this place called "Hole N" The Rock." It is a 5000 square foot house that this guy built in the rock. It was pretty cool.
They had some sculptures outside and this bull is made of old wrenches, bolts, old tools.
And this guy was made from golf clubs!
