Football - Delta JV vs Millard

Our first game of the football season was against Millard last night.  They were supposed to travel to Delta for the game, but since the track is getting re-done, they won't let anybody on the field.  Kaden is #86 for junior varsity this year and #15 for varsity.  He is playing on the kick-off team, kick return, offense and defense this year.   He caught 2 passes and he ran his first one 60 yards for a touchdown, but it was called back because a flag was thrown back at the line of scrimmage.  Ya...he was pretty mad!!!  He also deflected a pass on defense that would have been a touchdown for Millard and he also recovered a fumble.  He had a really good game.  It's fun to beat your rivals right off the bat!!

The Little Mermaid

On August 1st, me and my friend Jenifer took Lacee and Kate to see "The Little Mermaid" at Tuacahn.  It was sooo good!  We had front row seats and it was an awesome show.

Double Rainbow

We had a rain storm one day and when it was over we looked out the window and saw this double rainbow!  Lacee....the aspiring photographer....went out and took some photos of it!

Camping in Oak City Canyon

A couple of weekends ago, me and my kids, Gary and Sharlene and Shay and AJ decided to go camping.  We had a lots of fun and Lacee was entertained once Kaden brought the 4-wheeler up.  We got into a long game of electronic Monopoly and now we are hooked!
