Life Flys By!
Well geez, it's already September 20th and I haven't even posted birthdays or anything this whole month!!! Can't believe you guys haven't been calling and texting me telling me to get it together :)
So I apologize to Brett and Ginny for being so late!!.....Happy Birthday this month!!!!
So....life at our house is crazy busy. I started school the end of August and it's been a HUGE adjustment in my life to leave the towels on the couch...somebody will eventually fold them and the dust is only an inch thick everywhere....but homework takes up a huge amount of my free time!!! So if and when you ever come to visit me....don't mind the dirt :)
Kaden has been hurt....first with a sore shoulder and then with a pulled hamstring. So he has missed the last 3 games BUT he was cleared by the physical therapist to play this week. It's Delta's Homecoming game so hopefully we will get our first win this Friday and the onory mood at my house will disappear!!! Delta football has been struggling this year...0-5 so far. We almost pulled out a win last week against Taylorsville but lost in the final seconds of the game.
Lacee has started dance and tumbling and wants me to inform everyone that she can do a roundoff backhandspring ALL BY HERSELF!!! She loves 3rd grade and she has the same teacher that Jessica and Kaden both had! I went on my 3rd and last 3rd grade field trip a couple of weeks ago....so glad I'm not a teacher. I was worn out by the time I got home that day!!! And yeah, I was the oldest mom there...so weird!
Jessica is doing really well in school. She will be done the first of December and then to job hunt!!! Since she is busy every weekend in Delta cutting and coloring hair, I have decided to turn the office in the garage into her weekend salon. I'm tired of sweeping up hair and mopping the floor to remove the color in the kitchen. Kinda grosses me out a little :) So if you need anything done to your hair her salon will be up and running in the next few weeks.
Anywho....that's about it for us. Talk to everyone soon :)

Football!!!
Football season is finally here and last Friday night we traveled over to Manti to watch the boys play their first game of the year. The game didn't turn out how we wanted to and they have a lot of work to do this week, so hopefully they get it together and figure out everybody's job and our season will end on a winning note!

A week before our first game is the "Meet the Players" night and they play a scrimmage game against each other and they honor the Senior Players, Cheerleaders and Tri-Dels.

Coach Henrie has each player step forward and he says a little about each kid. He said that the other players look up to Kaden and he is a great leader...he just doesn't know it yet and that he expects great things from him this year and catching lots of passes in the end zone.
And they also have senior parent trivia games and since Scott was a no-show, I recruited Kaden's friend Badge, who broke his thumb in practice and is out for a few weeks, to be my partner.
And guess who won????? ME!!!!! and Badge! We beat out 15 other parents to win t-shirts and a pass for me to get into the home games for FREE!!! Thank goodness Badge new all the NCAA and NFL stats and I knew everything else....we made a great team!

Riley & Cassady's Wedding & Bridal Shower PIctures
On July 21st, Cassady's Grandma Nan hosted a bridal shower for Cassady. It was really fun
