Johnson Reunion 2009

This past weekend was the Johnson Reunion here in Delta and we went out to the rez on Saturday. Russ & LeAnn brought their boat out and Jim pulled the tube all day! The kids had a good time tubing and playing in the sand. I even got on the tube with Neil! It was fun. Aunt Helen was there and she looks good! She is the last sibling of the Johnson family. It was good to talk to her. She always tells me stories of Mom.

Hello all!

We have some really cool pictures of our camping trip over the July 4th weekend, but our computer completely died. We are currently waiting for parts to come in the mail and our computer guy to fix it! McKenna has some of them posted on her facebook.
Brendan learned to ride his bike without training wheels that weekend. We were on this site with a dirt road and lots of grass so we decided to just take off the training wheels. He caught on really quickly on friday night and the rest of the weekend was spent going back and forth around the campsight with him! The only mishap was when he drove into a canal with about 2 feet of water in it. Luckily is wasn't moving quickly and he could stand up, but I had to jump in after him! He got right back on the bike though. It didn't even slow him down!

This weekend Mike's mom and Milt are here visiting. The boys and McKenna are all going golfing. Guess I will go shopping :)

Looking forward to camping next weekend with Jodi and Scott and kids! It's going to be great... just got to make it through 3 days of work!

Lacee and T-Ball

Lacee has just ended T-Ball. Wow, that is hard to sit through! I will post some pictures later, but I had hurry and get this on before I forgot about it. At her game last night, she told her coach she wanted to play shortstop and her coach said sure, and then Lacee asked "Where is it?" I have no idea where she came up with that. I thought it was so funny.

Spinning Class!

Jodi, Jessica, Shay and Sharlene decided to sign up and do a spinning class. A spinning class is an exercise class on stationary bikes. Today was the day, and Sharlene called in sick (I think she secretly wanted to get out of the spinning class :) ! Just kidding, she really is sick, but anyway, Cassady came to take her place. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I think my butt is going to be the sorest muscle tomorrow. Those stationary bike seats are not very comfortable! I was going to take my camera, but then I thought better of that idea...maybe next time! It was pretty fun, I thought, and I will definitely do it again.

Nothing much else is going on at our place. Just work and more work it seems!
