Hoovers in Marysvale

Yesterday, we all loaded up in the cars and headed to Marysvale to eat dinner for Shay's 22nd birthday. We stopped at Shortstop so Gary could gas their car up and we discovered Lacee did not have shoes on. She remembered her beloved doll no less, but forgot shoes!! So we made a quick stop at Alco to buy her a pair of flip flops. I think that we will leave them in the car from now on, just because this is the third time she has done this. She is either collecting shoes or I need to pay more attention to what she is wearing when she gets in the car! Anyway, we finally got going and arrived at Hoover's. We took one picture, but for some reason I can't get it to download. I took my camera that you have to put batteries in and of course it was dead after the one picture. So we just got a picture of Cassady, Jessica and Shay!

Last week, we decided to get Lacee's room painted so we took everything out of her room and got it done. It is a light purple and she loves it. It turned out pretty cute. I will have to take a picture of it and post it. Jessica wants to paint her room now, so maybe next week we will start on her room. I forget how much I hate to paint though until I start to paint something!

Jessica has been working alot the last few weeks and Kaden is busy reading the driver's ed book so he can go take the learner's test. He has been mowing lawns this summer and then they spend the rest of their time at the rez. Lacee has just been playing with her friends and swimming in the backyard. She is starting to look like a little indian.

Nothing much else is going on here. Somebody else needs to post something besides me!!!
